Nikolai Ladányi is an entrepreneur, coach and founder of scale up. For over a decade he has helped founders and leadership teams to scale their companies beyond the critical growth threshold – systematically, with focus and independent of the founder. His guiding principle: scaling is not an art, but a craft.
With the scale up Framework he works on four levers – People, Strategy, Execution and Cash. As an officially certified trainer of the Gazelles Growth Coaches for EMEA and a member of the Scaling Up Coaches Advisory Board, he shapes the European coaching community. He is co-author of the German edition of „Scaling Up“ (Verne Harnish) as well as of „Hyper-Org for Hyper-Growth“ – both also on our shelf What We Read. At the School he brings scaling and entrepreneurship to the field, with a growing focus on personal development (IFS, Inner Development Goals).
