Matthias Geitz
Profile

Who I am

Matthias soldered before he litigated: trained as an industrial electronics technician at Bosch, then studied law in Würzburg with a supplementary degree in European law – a combination that makes the difference in IP practice.

Since 2010 he has been a lawyer and partner at LS-IP in Munich, specialising in IP with a focus on trademark law. International chapters in Japan and Australia shape his practical, open-minded outlook – and as co-author of the Heidelberg Commentary on trademark law and a lecturer, he regularly passes on his knowledge.
