The foundation is the scale up 4D framework with its four levers People, Strategy, Execution, and Cash – delivered in two formats: dedicated in-house coaching and the MasterClass, where several leadership teams train together across 12 sessions. What sets it apart: the coaches are entrepreneurs themselves – people who have founded, led, sold, and also failed.
